Albert Herrmann ( 1868 – 1960 ), who learned bow making both from his father, Christian Friedrich Herrmann, and in the Knopf workshop in Markneukirchen and set up his own shop in Schönlind 1893. Albert Herrman worked there with his son, Edwin Otto Herrmann (1893 – 1972) and his grandson Edwin Lothar Herrmann ( 1914 – 1987 ). ( Grünke et.al.: German Bow Makers 1783 – 1945 ).
